Wizard Illustrator

Computer-controlled resin dispensing that draws the leaded look straight onto glass — repeatable panel after panel.

Wizard Illustrator — decorative equipment in production use

The Machine

Applying resin or lead by hand is unforgiving — one wrong step and the panel starts again. The Wizard Illustrator is a computer-controlled resin dispensing system that draws the design directly onto glass: the leaded look, produced the same way every single time.

A compact Resiflo twin-component pump meters and mixes Outline Base and Hardener at the moment of dispense, laying a continuous contour bead along the artwork path. Because the design is drawn from a digital file, a pattern can be scaled, repeated or re-run months later exactly as it was first produced.

The frame is production equipment, not a plotter: industrial-strength aluminium, heavy-duty stainless steel guide rails and self-adjusting sealed bearings, driven on X, Y and Z axes by stepper motors.

Capabilities

  • Resiflo twin-component pump meters and mixes at the dispense head
  • The leaded look without lead — no soldering, cutting or came stock
  • Computer-controlled artwork: repeat, scale or re-run any design
  • Pairs with the full Creative Resins infill colour and effect range
  • Four bed sizes, from a studio bench to architectural panel work
