The Machine
Drying glass paint is the bottleneck in most back-painting shops. Panels come off the line wet, get racked, and occupy floor space until tomorrow. The Picasso Dryer removes that step: painted glass runs straight from the spray line into the drying tunnel and comes out handleable.
It is designed to connect and run in sync with the Picasso, so the conveyor speed and temperature setting are matched across both machines and the line runs as one process. It accelerates the drying of both CR solvent and water-based glass paints.
Built specifically for glass — the heat profile, conveyor and panel support are all specified for flat glass rather than adapted from a general-purpose oven.
