Prep Master

Sanding machinery for the stage that decides adhesion — before the first coat and between coats.

Prep Master — preparation equipment in production use

The Machine

Prep Master prepares the substrate so the coating has something to hold onto. Used before painting or lacquering, it delivers a consistent key across the whole face rather than the uneven result of hand sanding.

Between the first and second coat it de-nibs the surface, which is what separates a good finish from a specified one. Most adhesion failures are preparation failures.

Capabilities

  • Consistent surface key across the full panel
  • Used before coating and for de-nibbing between coats
  • Improves adhesion on engineered board, timber and composite
  • Removes the variability of hand sanding

Specified, commissioned and trained.

We size the machine against the work you're quoting, install it, and train your operators on the coating system that runs through it.
