The Machine
The Picasso is an automatic paint spraying machine built specifically for flat glass. Panels feed through on a conveyor, the reciprocating spray head applies the coating, and the integral filtration and extraction system handles the overspray — the operator sets the job rather than holding the gun.
Sensor control technology reads the panel and triggers the spray only where there is glass, which cuts material consumption on mixed batches. When the run ends, the automatic cleaning function flushes the system so a colour change is a scheduled step rather than an afternoon.
It runs the full Creative Resins solvent and water-based paint systems, and can be fitted inline with a Picasso Dryer to cure the painted glass within minutes of it leaving the spray zone.
