The Machine
Spray Master is an automated airless spraying system for substrates other than glass: composite and timber doors, uPVC and aluminium profile, engineered board and panel product.
Programmes are set per product, so the same door skin is finished the same way on Monday morning and Friday afternoon. It is the workhorse behind a finish-to-order operation that has moved past hand spraying.
